Looks your hostnames up on the public internet and confirms they resolve to our anycast addresses. Requires `reseller.manage`. ⛔ This is the only thing that turns `serving` on, and `serving` is what lets a real client zone be delegated to you. ⛔ `checked` is `false` when our resolver could not answer. That is **not** "your glue is missing" — nothing is changed, and the two send you to opposite actions.

`vendor`	`string`	አዎ	Which of our anycast DNS providers serves these hostnames.
`checked_at`	`string`	አይ	When it was last CHECKED, whatever the outcome. `null` means nobody has looked — a different fact from "checked and not serving".
