您的组织 ID 应填在此处
此端点将 org_id 作为查询参数。不填则调用涵盖您的整个租户子树；发送该参数则将调用范围缩小到一个组织。

Per **user**, not per organization — a colleague dismissing a promotion must not remove it from everyone else's dashboard. Idempotent, and `204` whether or not the id resolved: "I have closed this" cannot fail from the customer's side, and answering differently for an id they are not in the audience for would confirm that a notice exists.
