විස්තර

Takes a list of domain names and answers, per name, whether it can be transferred to us and what that costs — the check half of the bulk transfer-in wizard (docs/31 §5.3(e)). A POST because the list would not survive a query string at this size, not because it changes anything: it is idempotent and writes nothing. Bounded to 50 names per request, so one paste cannot fan an unbounded burst at the registrar; a longer list is a 422 asking the customer to split it rather than a silent truncation. Every price resolves through the TLD catalogue — a client never invents one. Requires sites.view.
