The PHP versions a new site can be created with, each with its support status (active current line, hardened_legacy CloudLinux-patched alt-php, eol), whether it is the default, and the product lines it is offered on. Public catalog reference data — no auth, no tenant scope. Only versions offered to new sites appear; a version retired for new sites (grandfathered on existing sites) is omitted. ?product_line= narrows to one line (an unknown code yields an empty list, never an error). Cacheable exactly like listCatalogPlans (strong ETag + max-age=60).
