බෙරර් ටෝකනයක් ලෙස API යතුරක් යවන්න. යතුරෙහි hosting.cdn.manage අවසරය තිබිය යුතුය; එය නොමැති යතුරක් 404 ලෙස නොව 403 ලෙස ප්රතික්ෂේප කෙරේ.

Refused **before** the provider is called when the zone's plan does not include it, because the provider's own refusal is a 4xx we cannot phrase usefully and a save button that produced it would look like our bug rather than their plan. Requires `hosting.cdn.manage`.
