Delete a database from a site.
සත්යාපනය
බෙරර් ටෝකනයක් ලෙස API යතුරක් යවන්න. යතුරෙහි sites.manage අවසරය තිබිය යුතුය; එය නොමැති යතුරක් 404 ලෙස නොව 403 ලෙස ප්රතික්ෂේප කෙරේ.

Drops the database and its user. **The data is gone** — this platform holds no copy of it, so the client must confirm the name back to the customer before calling, the way a destructive action is confirmed everywhere else. Scoped to the organisation **and** the site, so a database id belonging to another of the caller's own sites does not resolve here either. `404` for a site with no vendor hosting package, and for an id that is not on it. Requires `sites.manage`.
