POST /v1/domains/{domainId}/dns/sync
Trigger immediate DNS propagation.
සත්යාපනය
බෙරර් ටෝකනයක් ලෙස API යතුරක් යවන්න. යතුරෙහි domains.dns.manage අවසරය තිබිය යුතුය; එය නොමැති යතුරක් 404 ලෙස නොව 403 ලෙස ප්රතික්ෂේප කෙරේ.

Publish a `domain.dns_changed` event so dependent systems (CDN origin, certificate SANs, indexing) reconcile the domain's DNS **at once** rather than waiting for a periodic sweep (register #93). A domain whose authoritative DNS we do not host is a `404`. Requires `domains.dns.manage`.
