Let Outlook do it

Outlook on Windows and Mac can fetch the settings from us automatically.

1. In Outlook, choose Add Account and type your full e-mail address.
2. Press Connect.
3. Type the mailbox password.

That is usually the whole setup. Outlook asks us for the server names and fills them in itself.

⚠️ Some office and school networks block that lookup. If Outlook asks for servers instead of finding them, nothing is wrong with your mailbox — use the manual steps below.

By hand

1. Add Account, type your address, and choose **Advanced options → Let me set up my account

2. Choose IMAP.
3. Enter the incoming and outgoing server names, ports and encryption from your panel.
4. The username is your whole address on both servers.

Where your settings are. In the dashboard open Email, find the mailbox, and press Set up on a device. That panel shows the exact server names, ports and username for that mailbox, with a copy button beside each one.

⛔ Those names are not the same for every account — a reseller who sells our email under their own brand has their own — so use the ones on your panel rather than any you find in a forum or an old ticket. A name that is nearly right does not produce an error message; the mail app just sits there saying it cannot connect.

Outlook on the web is a different thing

Outlook.com and Outlook on the web sign you into a Microsoft mailbox. They are not a place to read a mailbox that lives on our servers, so there are no settings to enter there.

To read your mail in a browser, press Webmail next to the mailbox in the dashboard. It signs you straight in, on any device, with nothing to install. To read it in Outlook itself, install the Outlook app on a computer or phone and follow the steps above.
