Delete an account from a site's WordPress.

Removes the account. ⛔ **The last remaining administrator cannot be removed** — the refusal is ours, `422`, before the vendor is called, because a WordPress with no administrator is a site the customer has locked themselves out of and no action of theirs restores it. `404` for a site with no vendor hosting package, and for an id that is not on it. Requires `sites.view` and `sites.panel_access`.

`wpUserId (path)`	`string`	هو	The account's WordPress id, exactly as `listSiteWordPressUsers` reports it. Carried as a string because it is the vendor's identifier, not ours.
