What it is
Every website on our servers has its own disk space and file allowance from its plan. When a website needs more, a storage pack adds to that allowance for a monthly charge. Packs stack: add two 10 GB packs and the website has 20 GB more.
Every plan shows its storage limit for each website, and you can add more at any time. When a bigger plan gives you the same space for the same money or less, we show you that plan first.

The first payment covers the rest of your current billing month, then the pack renews on the same day as your plan.

If the server a website is on cannot hold the extra space, we move the website to one that can and charge only once it is live there.

We tell you when a website reaches 80% and 95% of its disk space, with a link that adds a pack in one click.

In your dashboard, choose the website and open its Plan tab.
Choose a pack
Pick 10 GB, 50 GB or 100 GB and pay in the same window.
Use it straight away
The website's allowance goes up on its server in about a minute.

Add or remove packs at any time. Add-ons are bought per site from your dashboard and appear on your normal invoice — no separate account, no second bill and no minimum term. Prices exclude tax, which is worked out from your billing country at checkout.
Questions
Which plans can add storage?
Every plan, for websites hosted on our own servers. Each website's storage limit is shown on its Plan tab, and a pack adds to it.
Can I remove a pack later?
Yes, whenever the website fits without it. It stops renewing and keeps working until the end of the month you paid for. Nothing is refunded.
What happens if a pack ends while the website still needs the space?
Nothing is deleted. The website keeps its space for 3 days while you add space again or free some up; after that, new files will not save until it fits, and everything already there keeps working.
Is a plan upgrade better value?
Sometimes. When a bigger plan gives you the space for the same money or less, the storage card shows that plan before the pack.
What if the website's server is full?
We move the website to a server with room in the same region and add the storage there. You are charged only once it is live on the new server.
