The list comes from the <img> tags in the generated HTML rather than from a number anybody types, so the count shown is the number of images the site actually uses. unit_price_usd_micros is 0 when the organization is on its own provider key — that is the true answer to "what will we charge you", not a missing value; their own provider bills them directly. Requires sites.create.
