A second table would be a second place a domain can be remembered, drifting from the first the moment anyone adds a field. ⛔ Gated on the same two entitlements as the check itself (`domain_checker` + `majestic_metrics`). The stored list is still the paid product, and gating only the path that spends money would leave a downgraded organisation browsing its candidate list indefinitely.
