The list comes from the `<img>` tags in the generated HTML rather than from a number anybody types, so the count shown is the number of images the site actually uses. `unit_price_usd_micros` is `0` when the organization is on its own provider key — that is the true answer to "what will we charge you", not a missing value; their own provider bills them directly. Requires `sites.create`.
