There are two ways, and the first one fills everything in for you.

The quick way: the setup file

1. On the iPhone or iPad itself, open the dashboard, go to Email, find the mailbox and press

Set up on a device.

2. Press Download the setup file. iOS asks whether to allow the profile — allow it.
3. Open Settings. A Profile Downloaded entry appears near the top. Tap it, then

Install.

4. Type the mailbox password when it asks. That is the only thing you type.

⭐ The file holds server names and your address — never your password, which is why it is safe to e-mail it to yourself to get it onto the phone.

If you are reading this on a computer, e-mail yourself the file and open it on the phone. A profile downloaded on a Mac installs on that Mac, not on your phone.

By hand

1. Open Settings and find Mail, then Mail Accounts, then Add Account.
2. Choose Other, then Add Mail Account.
3. Fill in your name, your full e-mail address and the mailbox password, then tap Next.
4. Leave IMAP selected. Enter the incoming and outgoing server names from your panel.

⛔ Both User Name fields are your whole address — you@yourdomain.com, not you. This is the single most common reason a setup fails, and the error it produces says your password is wrong.

5. Tap Next, then Save.

Where your settings are. In the dashboard open Email, find the mailbox, and press Set up on a device. That panel shows the exact server names, ports and username for that mailbox, with a copy button beside each one.

⛔ Those names are not the same for every account — a reseller who sells our email under their own brand has their own — so use the ones on your panel rather than any you find in a forum or an old ticket. A name that is nearly right does not produce an error message; the mail app just sits there saying it cannot connect.

If it will not connect

• Check the username is the full address on both servers, including the outgoing one.
• Check the password by opening webmail from the dashboard. If it works there, it is not the

password.

• Turn Wi-Fi off and try on mobile data. Some public and office networks block mail ports, and

that looks exactly like a wrong setting.
