Share your link, and anyone who signs up through it and pays earns you a share of what they spend.

What earns

A commission is earned on a paid invoice from a customer who arrived through your link and had not signed up before. The rate and the earning period are shown on the Affiliate screen — they are per-programme and we do not change them under an existing referral.

The three states

• Pending — the invoice is paid, and the refund window has not closed. Nothing to do.
• Confirmed — the window has closed and the money is yours. This is the balance that pays

out.

• Reversed — the invoice was refunded or charged back, so the commission goes with it.

Getting paid

Once your confirmed balance passes the payout threshold, a payout runs on the monthly cycle to whichever method you have set. You can also take it as account credit at any amount with no threshold, which is instant and is what most people who host with us do.

What does not earn

• Your own account, or another account you control.
• Anyone who was already a customer.
• Traffic from paid search on our own brand terms.

⛔ Do not spend a pending balance you have not been paid. Chargebacks reverse a commission weeks after the sale, and the reversal comes out of your next payout.
