A wallet address on a screen is a wallet address in a screenshot. The `rails` block carries each rail's **minimum and fee note**, because docs/82 §7 requires the seller to see them *where they choose the rail*: "the rail they pick changes what they actually receive", and a fee discovered on the statement is a support ticket.
