Runs a single named task immediately and returns the queue as it then reads. ⛔ The hook is confirmed to exist before it is run. Running an unknown hook fails with the scheduler's own words, which we would surface as "we could not run it" — true, unactionable, and indistinguishable from a real failure. Naming it back is the difference, so a hook that has since disappeared is a refusal that says so. ⛔ This addresses one named hook, never "everything currently due". A button labelled with one task's name must not have the blast radius of the whole queue. Refused where wp_cron is false. Requires sites.view and sites.panel_access.
