List the one-click applications installable on a site's package.

The applications available on this package, by name, read live from the vendor so the list cannot go stale in our copy (docs/62 §6g). These are application names — proper nouns like wordpress — so the client renders them as names and does not translate them. 404 for a site with no vendor package. Requires sites.view.
