The machine's backup tier, and what upgrading would cost.

A pure read — it charges nothing. amount_minor is our price for moving this machine to extended backups, derived from the provider's own live quote for this machine rather than from a published percentage: the two disagree, and the provider's figure is the one we are charged. ⛔ upgrade_available: false with a reason when the machine is already on the extended tier, is still building, or is on a range that has no tier concept — the VPS range buys backups as a separate contract instead, from getComputeServerPlan. Requires sites.view.
