The PHP versions a new site can be created with, each with its support `status` (`active` current line, `hardened_legacy` CloudLinux-patched alt-php, `eol`), whether it is the default, and the product lines it is offered on. **Public** catalog reference data — no auth, no tenant scope. Only versions offered to new sites appear; a version retired for new sites (grandfathered on existing sites) is omitted. `?product_line=` narrows to one line (an unknown code yields an empty list, never an error). Cacheable exactly like `listCatalogPlans` (strong `ETag` + `max-age=60`).
