Àwọn kúlẹ̀kúlẹ̀
The current stored exchange rates (each currency vs the USD base) the platform uses to derive per-currency prices, refreshed on a schedule (docs/29 §1-2). The frontend `CurrencySwitcher` and the admin helper lines (docs/29 §5) read these. **Public** reference data — no auth, no tenant scope. `rate_vs_usd` is a **string** decimal, never a JSON float, so no floating-point value ever represents the rate a price was derived from (§2.8). Empty until the first refresh runs (prices fall back to USD, never an error). Cacheable exactly like `listCatalogPlans`.
