Every Zinn® Cloud size a customer may buy, with **every cadence it is priced at**, read straight from the catalogue rows an operator edits in admin. **Public** — no authentication, no tenant, no principal — and cacheable exactly like `listCatalogPlans` (strong `ETag` + `max-age=60`). **This is not `getComputeCatalogue` made public, and it deliberately cannot become it.** That endpoint (`GET /v1/compute/catalogue`, `sites.view`) reads the provider matrix, which is an org-scoped live call to the vendor with the org's own credentials. This one is a pure read of our own plan and price rows, which is why it can be served to a logged-out visitor at all. The corollary is part of the contract: **this endpoint returns no providers and no data centres.** Both are defaulted server-side at checkout, once an org exists to read them with. Only sizes that can actually be **bought** are listed. A size with no vendor spec token, or with no price at any sellable cadence, is one the cart refuses — listing it would be a configurator that offers a size and then answers `422`. Returned **whole, not cursor-paginated**, matching `listCatalogPlans`: a configurator needs every size at once to render a comparison, not 50 at a time.
