The catalogue, filtered to what is actually sellable. ⛔ `untested` rows are excluded: a model the nightly self-test has *discovered* from a provider's listing is real but unproven, and offering it would be selling on the strength of a vendor's web page. `legacy` rows **are** included — a customer who pinned one deliberately keeps working. ⭐ Model ids here are **rows, not constants**, refreshed nightly from each provider's own listing and proven by a real generation. That is not architecture for its own sake: on the day this shipped, two of the three models the owner named by nickname had already moved to different ids. `capabilities` says what each one will and will not honour, so the picker can warn **before** a choice is made rather than after a post goes out with the wrong-shaped picture. Requires `sites.view`.
