Zinn® Chat
Live chat on your own website — answered by AI when you are busy, handed to a person when it matters, and emailed to you when you miss it.
Ohun ti Zinn® Chat nse
A chat box in the corner of your site that your visitors can open and type into. When somebody asks something your website already answers, the assistant answers it — from your own pages, not from a script somebody wrote once and forgot. When it cannot, or when the visitor asks for a person, it hands the conversation to you and says so. You answer every site you run from one inbox, with saved replies for the things you type twenty times a week and a transfer button for the things a colleague should take. If nobody is there, the visitor leaves their email address and the whole conversation arrives in your inbox rather than being lost.
Idi ti o fi ṣe pataki
Chat widgets are the heaviest thing most small sites load, and they are loaded on every page whether or not anybody opens them. The usual ones cost several hundred kilobytes and several requests before a visitor has clicked anything. This one is under five kilobytes and makes no request at all until the visitor opens it — the settings it needs are already on the page. It cannot move your layout while it loads, because it is positioned out of the document flow and lives in its own shadow root where your theme's CSS and its own cannot reach each other. And it does nothing whatsoever until you switch it on: no script, no cookie, no request.
Kini ninu re
Under 5 KB, and nothing before a click
The whole widget is 6 KB compressed, with no framework behind it, and its configuration is written into the page rather than fetched. A visitor who never opens the chat pays for one small script and nothing else — no round trip, no third-party connection, no layout shift.
It answers from your own website
The assistant reads the pages you already publish, so it answers about your opening hours, your delivery countries and your prices rather than inventing them. When it does not know, it says it does not know and offers the visitor a person — which is the answer that keeps a customer.
One inbox for every site you run
Conversations from all your sites arrive in one place, with the page the visitor was reading, their language and their browser beside each one. Saved replies are shared or per-site, and a conversation can be transferred to a colleague without the visitor being asked to explain it again.
Nothing is lost when nobody is there
Outside your business hours the widget asks for an email address and tells the visitor when you will reply. The conversation is emailed to you in full, so you answer a person rather than a notification saying somebody tried to reach you.
It is off until you turn it on
The plugin ships with our hosting and stays completely inert until you save a key and tick the box — no script on the page, no cookie set, no request made. That is a consent decision, not a default, and it is yours to make.
